Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Act to provide data and analytical support for specific segments of regulatory filings and/or audits. The Revenue Policy function is to plan, coordinate, recommend and support revenue requirement strategies for timely development of filings, along with responding to informational and audit requests from internal and external parties. Assist with research and analysis of accounting, tax and financial issues associated with regulatory matters. Effectively communicate the analysis to appropriate management. Apply critical analytical skills in the preparation of regulatory data filing requirements for rate case (distribution and transmission) proceedings. Assist in the drafting of witness testimony and prepare responses to discovery (data) requests of regulators and external parties. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Human Resources Effectiveness and Business Operations Manager is responsible for management of the policies, programs, processes, and systems which facilitate HRs ability to meet our objectives and serve our clients. Drive an increasing focus on client-enablement, self-service utilization, and improvement of the myHR Portal and its user experience. Management of HRs business processes: serve as liason with Finance and assist with coordination and troubleshooting of HRs budget as needed; project management of HRs Service Level Arrangement (SLA) development; oversight of and consultation on HRs Management Model content, including processes for creation, maintenance and on-going management. Provide governance and oversight over, and serve as subject matter expert on, core programs as well as programs and policies designed to support these activities (e.g., leadership assessments, mentoring, leadership on-boarding and transition, rotation planning, coaching and outplacement), and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful implementation where appropriate. Serve as subject matter expert and internal consultant to field HR on team and organization development programs, and the identification of internal and external solutions to meet client needs. Assist in the implementation of the leadership development programs strategy, to include shaping and maintaining necessary partnerships with subject matter experts for administration of development programs. Maintain strategic partnerships with external HR best practice and research organizations (e.g., Corporate Leadership Council (CLC)). Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, psychology or related field. Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in HR, training, leadership and/or management development. Strong project management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to deliver even during periods of ambiguity and change. Demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels of management. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. PREFERRED MBA or relevant advanced degree in adult learning, instructional design, psychology or related field strongly preferred. Strong negotiation and vendor relation skills.
